General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Anal passage is very narrow and not lubricated enough so anal sex can cause the tear of anal mucosa and could cause tear. Did you have prior history of piles or do you have frequent constipation problem? I would suggest you to consult a general surgeon for digital rectal or anal examination. A surgeon can best decide.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Abdul Hamid Mavli, General & Family Physician
