General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi

At the rate your bleeding, it would be best to visit your doctor a d get elaborately evaluated as your cycle seems to be quite irregular also resulting in heavy bleeding which can lead to anemia. Your doctor may choose to prescribe medications to help stop the bleeding first and then help to regularise your cycle.

Best wishes.
