Hello and welcome to HCM,
There are number of problems that you are suffering from.
Initially I would suggest you to get the lymph nodes examined - lymph nodes under jaw, swellings in groin probably lymph nodes and supraclavicular lymph nodes.
A clinical assessment and aspiration cytology of these lymph nodes needs to be done.
Aspiration of lymph nodes is an office procedure and helps to find the nature of the enlarged lymph nodes.
As you have mentioned that you have thyroid nudules, I suggest you to get an ultrasound of the neck and thyroid function tests to assess the functional status of thyroid.
The symptoms of tiredness, nausea, absence of periods, skin changes, discomfort at side of breasts- all these symptoms could be due to deranged thyroid function tests.
Thus, I suggest you to consult a physician after getting thyroid function tests.
Blockage of left ear needs to be examined.
Blocked ear could be due to accumulation of wax or infection.
Management of the problem depends on the type of problem.
Elevated liver enzymes occur due to injury to the hepatocytes or liver cells.
Injury can be due to infections, drugs or toxins.
A clinical assessment and ultrasound abdomen is required followed by consultation by a physician.

Thanks and take care
