What Causes Irregular Menstruation, Spotting And Hair Loss?

Hello, I recently went to my primary care physician because I have been experiencing some unusual issue the last few months. My female cycles have been irregular ( lots of spotty bleeding) and my hair started falling out. Lots of it. I assumed just my hormones and that I needed to be prescribed a birth control pill or my thyroid was wacky (mother and sister have Graves disease) so wanted to have blood tests. Blood work came back and it showed I had a positive ANA test and low testosterone. I am now waiting for my results. Any ideas what it could be?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to hormone changes and this may get alright with the time, you have not mentioned your age because this could be due age too, ANA and Testosterone have nothing to do with this, no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care
