What Causes Irregular Menstruation Post Endometrial Ablation?

I have had the endrometrial ablation done over three years ago. I have not had a period or spotting since the procedure until a couple of months ago when I had a period. Since then I have not had one. What can I expect going forward? Is this normal? I am 51 years of age and to my best of knowledge I am not in menopause.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your symptoms of irregular menstrual period following a post endometrial ablasion procedure I am suggesting that you have developed an emdometritis
Studies have shown that patients with Endometritis suffer irregular menses and infertility
Regarding your age in terms of menopause I very sure you are not reason because it has a age range of between 45-55yrs
In view of Endometritis please see a gynecologist specialist for further clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription
I hope this helps
