What Causes Irregular Menstruation Cycle?

In june i had one period that lasted three day then i had a regular period the same month that lasted a week. In july i had my normal period. Its august and i had a period just two weeks ago and it lasted the normal seven days now im having another period

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Irregular periods could be as a result of primarily due to hormonal imbalance or as a manifestation of underlying polycystic ovarian disease (PCOD).
Kindly get your blood tested for hormones namely: FSH, LH, Prolactin and TSH levels.
Also, get an ultrasound scan of the abdomen done.
Kindly consult Gynecologist with the reports for clinical evaluation and appropriate management.
