What Causes Irregular Menstruation Along With Vaginal Bleeding Post Intercourse?
Hello. I am 19 years old and am over weight... Alot. I havent had a period in about 6 months. However i am not pregnant. Polycystic ovary syndrome runs in my family. I get these pains between ny bladder and my vagina. It feels like im being stabbed and my vagina is being torn open. It gets alot worse when i try to sit or stand. I have just noticed vaginal bleeding after intercourse. Its not a consostant bleed more of a clot. What should i do? I do not have insurence or i would go in. Im scared im over reacting.

As you rightly said it could be because of PCOS and only way is to reduce your weight.
Regarding your pain you need to be evaluated with a gynaecologist. Do you have any problems during urination ? gynaec check up will help you to find out the cause for bleeding after intercourse .hope my answer helps you. Regards
