What Causes Irregular Heart Beats With Excessive Gas?

I had a few days of unusual heart rhythms,I would call them pronounced contractions, because I can feel them coming on and when they occur. I was belching and needing to pass gas. I went to my primary and she did an ekg whic was normal. I was not feeling normal in regards to my heart activity. BP was okay. She said they were PVC and some people have them and if I felt faint or pressure then that would be an indication that something more serious was happening. Later at home I still felt gaseous and took an anti flatulant and I feel a lot better and the heart activity has subsided significantly. Still feel like I need to get rid of more gas. Do you have an idea of what is happening?

Well come to HCM
If the EKG is alright then this is nothing to worry because as long as the question of heart rhythm is concern EKG is the gold test to rule out some rhythm abnormality,
Advise:
Over consciousness, anxiety, stress may be the cause of wired heart beat feeling and must be associate with Hyperacidity
Treatment:
Avoid stress, coffee, alcohol, spicy food, smoking prior to bed
Medication
Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg once in day for three weeks
