What Causes Irregular Bowel Movement And Abdominal Bloating?

hi im having an issue with my bowel, Im experiencing irregular movement, bloating and lack of urge to pass stool, I started taking flax seed and metamucil and prunes with some effect. I don t drink sufficient fluid during the day. Also i had about 3 episode of nausea, bad feeling, and sweating please help. I m thinking about having a colonoscopy and endoscopy

It is not a bad idea to have the endoscopy and colonoscopy if you cannot correct these problems with diet and exercise. You need to figure out a way to get in plenty of water during the day. Increasing fresh fruits and vegetables and whole grains in your diet will also help. Add a probiotic and avoid dairy. If it does not clear up in a few weeks to months then see your doctor.
Regular exercise is also important.
