What Causes Involuntary Tremors In Upper Lip When With Epicondylitis In Right Elbow?

Both of my elbows ache - dull throbbing to moderate pain. Movement of ADL exacerbates the condition. My arms generally feel weak to the point I don t have nearly the amount of physical strength I ve had before. I ve received treatment previously this year for lateral epicondylitis in my right elbow, but this feels different. This has been a fairly recent, gradual onset the past 5 - 6 weeks. The pain is similar to what I experienced in my knees prior to bilateral knee replacement (osteoarthritis). More recently my upper lip has begun to have involuntary minor tremors.

lateral epicondylitis is due to over use of the muscles.but weakness in muscles coupled with involuntary tremors of lips may be due to many reasons like neuro degenerative conditions or genetic or withdrawal of some medication or emotional reasons or calcium deficiency.It is better you consult a qualified neurologist immediately who will do physical examination and investigations like blood work ,urine work, MRI if required to arrive at diagnosis and line of treatment.if this is due to calcium deficiency calcium supplements are enough,but neuro degenerative conditions require periodic assessment is by a medical specialist and life style modification is required like caffeine intake should be avoided,diet should be balanced healthy with fresh fruits and vegetables,smoking and alcohol should be avoided,regular exercise under physiotherapist guidance will improve muscle strength along with appropriate medication.
