General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Tremors (involuntary movements) is the one of the major sign in Parkinsonism.
Alterations in the stimulation in the substantia nigra, the basal ganglia, and the thalamus, and changes in the level and action of the neurotransmitter dopamine are all related to each other and to the production of the tremors.
Fever is not related to this.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. C.ELANCHEZHIAN, General & Family Physician
