Hello,

Nipples are sensitive parts of our body, as they are flat sometimes, there is no need to worry. Yellow crust is due to collection of derbies and sweat on dry nipples. Wear cotton comfortable inner wear, apply moisturizer.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vidya K. R., General & Family Physician
