Hello dear user of HCM!
Thank you for your question in this website!

I have carefully read your concerns you are describing.
It is clear that you have had a trauma of your lower vertebral column.
The column or the tissues around it may have been damaged from the hit, and you are having these symptoms right now.

There are some possibilities as below:
- Your tail bones may have been damaged leading to a nerve root compression
- Your muscles, ligaments and other soft tissues may have been damaged, and as a result of edema nerve roots of this region may be under compression.
This may give you sciatic pain, and other neurological symptoms like, bloating, constipation, urination disorders, since the nerves of this organs pass in that region.

I would recommend you to go to your healthcare center and have a consult with your doctor. It is advisable that you to go through a MRI to evaluate the possible damages.

I hope you will be fine soon, and I wish you a good health!
Best regards!
DR ERIOL.
