What Causes Intermittent Fever And Abdominal Pain When Diagnosed With Peribronchial Thickening?

my daughter has been sick on and off for 11 days now, went to the doctor on Monday, she had chest xrays done, and was diagnosed with periobronchial thickening, she has been taking the albuterol 2 puffs when needed, in these 11 days, she also fainted for Christmas eve, she has had a fever on and off, hive for 5 days, (we removed our tree, because we thought that was the case), today, no hives, but her belly hurts, she is sleeping and my husband says she feels warm. At this point should she go to the ER?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
An episode of fainting after exposure to Christmas tree, peri-bronchial thickening and treatment with albuterol are all suggestive of underlying allergic disorder probably asthma.
History suggests that she is allergic to environmental allergens and thus she should not be exposed to allergens with which she has known allergy.
These allergens can precipitate asthma and other allergic episodes.
You should consult your doctor for general physical examination and clinical assessment of the respiratory tract.
In case she is stable no medication may be required but she needs to be kept under medical surveillance.

Thanks and take care
