Hello,

Since you are having chest tightness, it could be Angina. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a cardiologist.

Get CBC, Lipid function tests, Blood glucose(Rapid & PP), Urinalysis, X-ray, Echo, EKG, stress tests done to detect ant developing CAD.

In the meantime for relieve, you can take antacids, PPI's, one sos after food for relieve.

Avoid stress & addictions if any. Stay well hydrated & take adequate sleep. Avoid fried, oily junk food, take berries, veggies & fruits, whole grains, avoid trans fat, carbs, animal protein, refined flour, etc.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
