I have had pneumonia 3 times since nov. Went to ER around Christmas amd was told costochondritis. Just went inyo ER a week and half ago as the pain is horrible. They did chest xray, abdomen xray, blood work and said pleurisy. They had concern of gall bladder but said labs didn't show signs. Pain is intense under right breast, around side up onto back shoulder blade. Yesterday felt fluish and started diarrhea which turned to bright red rectal bleeding which is now very mucousy and nothing but blood. More mucuosy, bright red clotty blood not drippy in toilet at all.
