What Causes Intense Pain In The Lower Back And Hip?

I have had intense pain in lower back right side for about three weeks now, pain goes into right hip. On pain medicine but they don t seem to work. If I sit or stand weak ache but when try. To stand or walk intense pain in back and hip until walk for a while then it gets weaker. Feel bloated and Have a low grade temp periodically. I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and bursitis in left hip years ago.

Hello,

I think this may be related to a kidney stone. Doesn't seem as bursitis or fibromyalgia. You should do a urine analysis and an ultrasound to check for kidney stones. Spasmolytics can work such spasmex. Also, drink lots of fluids and water.
