What Causes Intense Headache Between Eyes And Forehead?

For the last 4 days I have a headache between my eyes and central on my forehead. It is there in the morning when I wake. It is pretty intense. Feels like brain freeze somewhat. It is accompanied by mild nasuea, ear ringing, light sensitivity and is fairly debilitating. It seems to clear up as the day goes on. Usually by 2pm ish. I have good low BP. Eat unprocessed foods, sleep well, don t drink. I do not like Rx drugs to help with pain. Always feel extremely groggy with them. I am trying to hydrate more. Not my strong suit. Any suggestions? Sinuses? I have some congestion associated with a lingering cold. 2. weeks ago. Hormonal maybe? Started my period 3 days ago. 42yrs.

Wait for few days, take warm water,take steam inhalation with vick's twice a day.

The most common types of headaches are
Tension headaches.
Migraines
Mixed headache syndrome, Also called transformed migraines, mixed Headache syndrome is a combination of migraine and tension headaches.
Cluster headaches .
Consult your family doctor for physical examination & treatment.
