General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your issues are related to the pain in the lower back and the GERD symptoms are due to analgesics you have taken. I would recommend you to get neurosurgeon and get MRI of the spine. and avoid taking NSAIDs as this will aggravate your GERD symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
