What Causes Insomnia Along With Night Sweats And Fatigue?

I have started perimenopause. I have all the symptoms, night sweats, hot flashes, difficulty sleeping, fatigue, irregular periods, but the loss of memory, focus, and concentration has started affecting my daily life. Is there a natural remedy to help me feel better. I don t want a traditional prescription causing multiple side effects.

Natural remedy for relief from menopausal symptoms you mentioned is nothing but a healthy lifestyle.Exercise regularly.Brisk walking for minimum 30 minutes in 4-5 times a week.Yoga exercises as well as engaging in some hobby you enjoy will destress your mind.Avoid alcoholic beverages or spicy food which may increase your hot flushes.Wear light clothing.Take vitamin and calcium supplements along with a balanced diet including lot of coloured fruits and vegetables,cereals,pulses,dairy products.Stay well hydrated by having minimum 6-8 glasses of water everyday.Do regular follow ups from physician for ruling out disease like osteoarthritis,hypertension,diabetes,breast cancer,thyroid disorder etc which are likely after this period.Still if you can't get over your symptoms and it's affecting your routine life,you will need to go for the hormone replacement therapy under physician's advice.
