What Causes Inflammation Of The Vulva After Receiving A Depo Shot?
Just recently got on birth control (depo shot) almost a week ago, which I have never had before. Also haven’t been on any other type. For the first few days it has been normal, but now my vulva has become inflamed. Thought it might be a yeast infection but it came back negative. What could it be?

Vulval inflammation is unlikely due to depo shot. Other causes like bacterial vaginosis, trichomoniasis should be ruled out by a vaginal swab examination. Further tree should be done accordingly.
