What Causes Inflammation And Swelling In The Right Eye?

My right eye has been red and a bit swollen for a week now, I have medication - an eye antibiotic that I put in 3 times a day, and an eye antihistamine that I use as well. The eye has not gotten better, and my stool has turned green. My head slightly hurts too. Thoughts?

Hi it may be acute. conjunctivitis may due bacterial infection or any other infectious cause due to some foreign body may impact and results like that first clean eye with water if not subsided us mild dose antibiotic like eye drops such as cipro eye drops or oflox if not relieving consult optholmologist once
