Hello, I started to get symptoms of tingling in the penis and scrotum after unprotected sex. The glans on my penis became very sensitive and I noticed red dots on the glans. I went to a clinic 3 weeks after and was negative for clamydia, gonorrhea, hsv1 and 2 as well as hiv. I was waking up with what felt like a bee sting on the tip of my penis. I went back to the clinic and they said there was blood in the urine. The gave me a shot and a round of doxy for 10 days. The bee sting feeling continued and was extremely painful. I was tested again for stds at 12 weeks all negative again. The doctor checked my prostate and said it was inflamed. A urologist put me on 3 weeks of levoflaxacin. I will take the last pill tomorrow. Today I noticed red marks on the glans, I still feel tingling like bugs crawling on foreskin and testicles. The urologist mentioned it could be a virus. My partner has no symptoms. I tested negative for mycoplasma at the clinic but I don t think they allowed the urine to culture long enough. Will the Levi kill it? My partner went on moxi for a week just to be sure cuz her doctor said it s hard to find MG. Could this be MG or hpv? I m am stressing out. I scared to touch the glans cuz I think it irritates it and I ll wake up with the bee sting feeling again. I sleep on my stomachs and I believe pinching my penis between my body and mattress is likely a cause for the flare up. Thoughts?
