Hello, With a natural conception and normal blood reports, you have every chance to conceive again. The fact that you stopped ovulating naturally could be associated with some hormonal imbalance, perhaps secondary to the unsuccessful pregnancy. In the current scenario, you should wait for your next period and go for investigations after a week if you miss it. Your symptoms mimic those of early pregnancy, but clarification is to be done. The earliest way is to get a blood test for pregnancy at least a week after ovulation. Hope this helps.
