What Causes Indigestion And Gassy Stomach Post Methamphetamine Intake?
Smoked about 1/2 gram of meth that apparently had been cut with a lot of epsom salt without knowing. Now I keep getting really gassy and upset stomach. Every time gas comes up it tastes and smells like I m septic or something it s really gross almost makes me throw up every time. Also seems like I m not digesting food rite either and made me really gassy down there as well and pain in lower stomach. What or how do I get rid of this feeling? Do I need hospitalization?
Such symptoms so commonly occur after these drugs as they can cause irritation of the stomach. You must be very careful about these drugs. However this is not a very serious matter to need hospitalization.
You should take some anti-acid like Gaviscon, along with omeprazole. Take a lot of fluids. Avoid spicy foods and too much alcohol, smoking. Hope it would be fine soon.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Mahboob Ur Rahman, General & Family Physician
