Hello, * indigestion may be related to alteration in the bile flow system, low fiber diet, lack of exercises or else. * The constipation is most likely due to chronic consumption of the antacid medications over a period of time. Kindly follow certain basic guidelines as below - drink more liquids - consume high fiber diet with green leafy veg, cereals, pulses, legumes, organic fresh fruits - bulk forming laxative as Ispaghula or Psyllium husk with lukewarm water at night - remain ambulatory and involve in regular exercises - should stop further doses of antacid (as that seems the main culprit). * Discuss need of an ultrasound examination of the abdomen & pelvis with your doc to get detailed therapy options.
