What Causes Increased Sugar Cravings While Weaning Off Prozac?

I have been taken off prozac and put on Zoloft. Will the withdrawal from prozac cause craving sweets? And as the Zoloft gets into my system will these cravings diminish? I have only been on Zoloft for a week. Started 4 days on 50 mg and been on 100 mg for full week. I do not want to gain weight.

Both Prozac( fluoxetine)and zoloft( sertraline) is of same group of antidepressant known as SSRI.They share same side effect profile and efficacy.so you dont have to worry about it.
