What Causes Increased Heart Rate And Chest Pain?

my heart rate has been at 94 all evening yesterday it peaked at 150, i went to a&e because i was also getting chest pains, they said it was nothing i am just stressed but i dont feel stressed is this something i should worry about my pulse is normally around 77

This is due to stress,
Called as sinus tachycardia.
Untill you do not have other symptoms like chest pain, shortness of breath, sweating, do not worry.
Once in a while these problems will not cause you any problem.
If it is too recurrent and persistent, please check out for your haemoglobin, thyroid levels wity the electrolyte levels and a cardiology check up.
