What Causes Increased Heart Beat With Pain During Exercise?

I have this beating like a heart beat in between my rib cage does not spread bit it hurts happens when I excersize but I am very active , young, and petit if that has to do with anything. I dance around 29 hours a week and anyways after I do a dance or something that involves lots of endurance it happens it feels like a heart beat but it pops out a lot and you can feel I can feel it withought touching it it also hurts too once I relax for a a while the poping out decreases and the pain decreases as well it only completely stops after I stop excersizing for around 15-30 minutes not sure if it s heartburn or what please help!

Your symptom is called Palpitations. See some degree of palpitation is common after exercise or any exertional activity but if it is too much or if it is taking too long to subside with rest then there is some abnormality.

Palpitation on exertion usually points towards problem in the heart itself . No it doesn't occur due to heartburn. Apart from heart some hormonal problems like Thyroid Diseases or Adrenal Diseases can cause Palpitation.

I advise you to get evaluation done and don't neglect this. I advise you to get the following tests done and revert back with reports.

Complete Hemogram , Treadmill test, 2D ECHO, Serum TSH ,
