General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

This patient requires immediate consultation with a cardiologist and run a few diagnostic tests like EKG, Echocardiogram, blood tests, complete biochemistry panel, etc.

These tests are needed to determine what is causing your BP to get spiked and all these symptoms. If cannot see cardiologist should go to ER for immediate evaluation and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
