What Causes Increase In Breast Size?

My breasts have doubled in size over the past few days, they are sore and heavy. I am a huge soda drinker but this has never happened to me Im not sure what the problem could be people keep asking me if I am pregnant and that is possible. I would just like to know what my problem is.

This could be because puberty hit you, the sequence is menarche, thelarche and pubarche, you might be in thelarche phase.
