What Causes Inconsistencies In Menstruation?

the last time i had my period was in november, and missed my period in december. i did a test and was positive. but since i didnt want to continue i used med to get my periods. it was very painful and for a month i kept bleeding on and off...than maybe two weeks it will be alright and again if i have sex with my partner it will start for a little and stop and continue....but the bleeding or brown dark reddish discharge would come even if i lift something heavy or if im doing any hard work...
during this time i had checked with a gyn and the med she gave worked for a while but i was not so regular in taking the med and again the discharge started to come..when i thought i was clean i had sex and it started to bleed when we were doing it...and stopped after that. so again i went to gynee and she gave me candid v3 she said what i was having was an infection. anyway after using candid on the first night we didnt have sex...but before using it the second night we had sex (we used condoms). it was alright for a while but later that night there was a pink discharge...and again the third night...there was the same pink charge. we didnt have sex third night. anyway this morning i had a little pink discharge when i woke up...i came to work after doing some work i went to toilet and the pink discharge was there more than it had previous times...
could you tell me what this means?? should i wait till the med my gyny has given finishes or go and see her
