What Causes Inability To Lose Weight Despite Diet And Exercise?

I am on the average eating about 43 carbs a day still not losing any weight do I need more carbs. I took out all chips, breads, sodas, most pastas ( switched to rice pasta) and only 1/2 a cup at a time. Exercising and keeping busy. Still cant lose weight, Im 5 0 and weigh 165 lbs. What am I doing wrong.

It all depends on your height. If you are of good height too, its not a big issue then. Its because usually when age advances, weight gain is normal. You need to curb some carbohydrate and you are doing good with no sodas etc.

It depends on how you are doing exercise. I preferably suggest you to join a gym and the instructor there will guide you how to manage all that. They know how to perform a specific type of workout to get maximum out of that.
