I am 32 Yrs old height 6 weight 58 Kgs I am having problem of improper digestion since last 7-8 years as in morning most of the time i feel like of vomitting & i do not have natural urge to go for the motion& after having tea i go for the motion ,the starting part of the motion comes out hard then motion gets loose& sticky with burning & less quantity& feeling to furtherpass out motion. After motion body parts like hands ,legs seems to get lean & pulpatation & pain arises on just of the top part of navel & on preessing that part feels relief & navel gets dislocate most of the time,.I am having poor apetite & do not get desire of having meal with interest. My toungue is coated most of the time so i feel bad breath & low confidence while talking with people. Along this my memory has reduce considerably & get confused.I am under weight &also deppresed about it. In view of above kindly provide me the best possible treatment for get rid off all these problems & effective weight gain
