What Causes Impaired Balance And Focus?

My wife suddenly lost her balance and focus. nothing in her body seems to be affected just sight and balance. She is in her sixties and on no medication. She takes a greens supplement and a multi vitamin each day. Always enjoyed good health but she is a smoker. Less than a pack a day. Not over weight

Ageing problem also cause lack of concentration problem.
