What Causes Immobility In The Legs And Difficulty In Walking?
I lost the ability to walk (in 2014) first in my right leg, then my left. i was in an infirmary for a year (wheelchair, crutches, walker and cane. I have good mobility in my back. so its not a back issue. a doctor implied maybe Guilliam-Barr syndrome but it doesn t really cover my impairment. I walk now but with difficulty and I can t walk distances or stand very long as pressure/pain gets too much Is there any other syndromes/diseases that would explain my situation

Immobility in the legs may be due to lumbar disc prolapse or Guillain-Barre syndrome or transverse myelitis or muscular dystrophy or arthritis, etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Need complete examination of the lesion is it spinal level or nerve root level or NM junction. Need CSF analysis or nerve conduction study, MRI spine and serum B12 level plus clinical examination.
