What Causes Hypertension During 34 Weeks Of Pregnancy?
I am 34 weeks +2 days. Have been dealing with hyper tention since around 22 weeks (taking bp meds twice a day) and at 34 weeks I measure 40 weeks pregnant due to too much fluid around baby. The past few days I have been feeling not quite dizzy but almost like I could vomit, and have had a dull head ache that won t go away with a tylonol or drinking more water. Also my appetite has decreased quite a bit. I have also been experiencing really bad heart burn.... I get NST tests twice a week and go this Monday for my next one and baby has always looked good... Should I be going in ASAP to get checked or is this something that could wait till Monday....

Yes you need to go ASAP because you are having pre-eclampsia also polyhydrominos
So feeling of headache with nausea is not good for you as wel as for baby
Do check your doctor for BP and other blood test and management accordigly
