What Causes Hot Flushes And Redness On Face Upon Slight Exertion?

I can t seem to do any outside activities (i.e., cycling or walking) without being affected with sweating; but more importantly and scary is the sensation of extreme heat that takes over my body and makes me feel like I might explode. My face turns beet red and I cause anyone with me concern. I have to wet myself down with water to attempt to cool my body. It usually takes about 30 minutes for me to return to what I call a normal state.

Most facial redness during exercise or exertion can be considered normal; however, if you are concerned or worried that the redness represents something more than just the normal cooling-down process, or if it is accompanied by other symptoms including diarrhea, shortness of breath, palpitations, low blood pressure, or light-headedness, you should consider being evaluated by your primary care physician in order to rule out any medical condition. First get CBC with ESR, thyroid profile, BP, blood sugar test done first to ruleout any medical condition.
