Hello,

As you must be drinking once a while but the alcoholic drinks do have an effect on the vascular system and the liver along with the kidneys.

In many cases reported in the recent research studies that alcoholic drinks taken daily in low quantity may trouble the organs like - kidneys, liver, and heart.

The hot flushes and bulging of veins are warning signs of health issues, for which you need to meet up to the doctor for the same for some basic tests of the kidney, liver, and heart.

Also, as you find a lump in the upper leg vein, this needs a vascular examination so we can conclude what it is due to if there is discoloration of the skin and veins than it could be varicose veins and needs medical attention.

A combination of conservative treatment like - medication and exercise the symptoms can be controlled. For not allowing it to go peak its advice to do regular exercise and stop alcoholic drinks.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
