What Causes Hot Flush Post Short Exposure To Sun?

Hello, I am 44, male, I take a multivitamin, fish oil, ginko biloba , niacin, and vitamin E. I had a break this morning at work, so I went outside to enjoy the sun for a few minutes. When I came back inside my face felt very warm. I went to the rest room to look in mirror. It looked as though I had been in the sun all day long. This has never happened before. My face and neck were very red and warm to the touch. I did not change anything in my diet over the past day. After about fifteen minutes and some water it went back to normal. Could there be a reaction with one of these supplements and the exposure to the sun?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Ginko biloba can cause allergic reaction. So avoid your all supplements and ointment if it stops then one of these are, and choose one every day then also you can find out. Antioxidant like orally taken will not cause. You may use amla, aloe vera, basil, bhel, etc.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
