What Causes Hot Flashes, High Blood Pressure And Tiredness?

I have been having major hot flashes, high blood pressure and very tired. I had a total hysterectomy when I was 29 and am currently 51. could this be menopause or would it be something else? I have been told I went through menopause when my ovaries were removed at 29. If this is not what is wrong with me do you have any suggestions what it could be? Thank you!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Women in menopause do get hot flashes and may feel tired and also they are more prone to have high levels of blood pressure. You will need a check with your doctor to rule out other causes of such symptoms and get treated according to the results of the examination.

I hope this is helpful and answers your query.
I remain at your disposal in case further assistance is needed.

Regards,

Dr. Antoneta Zotaj
