menopause or pre-menopause as I guess I am in, is driving me crazy! Started my cycle very young (9) and am getting ready to turn 48 this spring. Have experienced hot flashes from time to time, had a regular monthly cycles and everything I thought was fine, well, now hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings from time to time but nothing to extreme but in the last 8 weeks, I have had a regular 3-4 day cycle only to be followed by a total of 5 more cycles , the last one non-stop lighter flows and much lighter in color but I am now getting the cramps and feel of another cycle. Is it normal to have so many close together and change flow and color every time?? I had always heard they get further apart no closer together. Should I be concerned??
