What Causes Hot And Cold Flashes, Fever And Headache After Binge Drinking?

Hi, hopefully you can help. I am an infrequent drinker but last night I ended up drinking a lot of hard liquor over a period of six or so hours. Today, I felt nauseated and a bit headachey but was able to keep down some food and felt much better after a short nap. Now, it s 1:00 the next morning and I believe I have a high fever but no way to test this. My entire body feel hot to the touch and I had severe chills earlier. I took a warm bath and got in bed and now I m incredibly warm. Additionally though I am drinking a lot of water my skin is very dry. Any observations?? I am 19 and 5 7 , around 150lbs and vacationing in Europe

Hangover.

It changes the level of stress hormones. But in general would NOT cause a fever (get a thermometer, learn metric system).
