I am wondering if I may have a potato allergy. I have noticed that when I do eat say mashed potatoes I do have hives and itching, about an hour later I feel lethargic and very ill with body aches. But I have noticed this also with baked goods. I ve heard that potato starch is sometimes used in baked goods. How do I go about finding out what all I am allergic to? Sometimes cheese does this also but not always. It is very frustrating.
