Hi,

B12 deficiency present as low hemoglobin level and so anemia develop. It is not related to high WBC count. For B12 deficiency you can take daily injection for five days and then once a week for another 3 week. So daily injection can be taken.

For high WBC count peripheral smear examination report can be done to check any abnormal cells if present. You can revert back with reports.

Hope I have answered your query.
