What Causes High Stress Levels And Blood Pressure?
I have high blood pressure and take lizenopril for it. My doctor said my stress level is high, but I can not tell him why because I am very afraid of my husband. What should I tell him? I can not tell him the truth because my husband will hurt me. Please tell me what to say without telling the truth about about why my stress and bp is so high. Thank you! Stacy Pegram

you can just tell you husband that you are having some mutltivitamin medications for few months or calcium tablets for low calcium level, dont tell him about pyschiatric medications, if he beats you contact to nearest police station,police will take care of him, start you meicines for anxiety and blood pressure,
if over poked tell him that i use to have headache which inceases my bp a bit.
