What Causes High Pulse,numbness In Face And Lethargy After A Heart Attack?

bp not too bad. pulse 133 im shaking had major heart attack a year ago. stents put in. i walk nightly but lately during last half i can barely walk. start weaving, vision goes funny. feel numbness in face. cant talk. i try and tell myself to walk forward so i can make it home safely. makes me feel like collapsing. dont understand what is happening to me..........

With this presentation, it is possible to imagine that the cause could be low blood pressure that might have resulted from reduced contractility of heart muscles due to heart attack. In this case, the heart tries to compensate by increasing the rate at which it beats thereby increasing the pulse. Dizziness and numbness are as a result of a reduction in blood supply to the tissues.
