General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I am sorry for the situation you are in.

High potassium levels might be related to:
- intake of supplements/drugs that are high in potassium
- foods/drinks that increase blood potassium
- kidney problems
- liver issues
- dehydration

High protein levels are caused by:
- dehydration
- liver problems
- bone marrow issues
- other more serious illness

Further evaluation of your liver and kidney function is necessary together with a complete blood work. Depending on the tests results, specific treatment will be prescribed.

HIV testing is also necessary to run.

I highly advise to increase water intake, avoid processed foods and soft drinks.

Hope it helped!
