What Causes High Fever Along With Headaches And Nausea?

My son is 11 years old and had a fever last night of 102. He stayed home from school today. While home I took his temperature in the morning and it was 100. Tonight before bed he was complaining of a headache just like yesterday and his temperature was 102. His symptoms are headache, fever and a little nausea and fatigue. Should I keep him home tomorrow and take him to a doctor? Or is this just viral and let it pass?

keephimhome tomorrow. record temperature 6 hourly. manta in hydration. it-can be viral fever or malaria . may be enteric fever. after 3 days exclude all mentioned fever by investigation.control fever by tab paracetamol. keep watch on patient. get clinically examined by physician.liver spleen be palpated if it doe snot subside after 3 days then consult physician.
