Hello and welcome to HCM,
A high fasting blood glucose and normal pp blood glucose is commonly seen in type 2 diabetes mellitus.
This cause of this phenomenon is complicated, but you need to know that it is due to body's inability to keep gluose within range.
When you have food, the insulin is released and thus pp blood glucose is normal.
There is nothing to worry.
You need to take medication in time, maintain proper diet high in proteins, and low in carbohydrates and fats.

Thanks and take care
